Delivery & Returns – Nadi Baby

Delivery

We do our best to dispatch all items within 48 hours of receipt of order.  

We use Royal Mail and Standard delivery:

UK - 2-3 working days

EU - 4-5 working days 

Rest of world - 6-10 working days

Please note that Nadi does not accept responsibility for additional duties and taxes that are incurred when shipping outside of the United Kingdom.


Returns

We understand that sometimes a product is not quite right and you may wish to have a refund or exchange.  We are happy to accept returns provided we get them back within 14 days and in original, unused condition with the original tags and packaging where applicable. 

 

Please email us at:

hello@nadibaby.co.uk and provide the following details

  • Your name, 
  • Order number, 
  • Details of the product you wish to return
  • The reason for return.  

There is no need to wait for a response from us, the email is just so we have a note of your return.

Next, you’ll need to post your items back to us within 14 days of your order being received.  Please include details of your order (order number, full name and reason for return) inside the parcel.

Then you can send us your parcel to the following return address:

Once we have received your returns parcel, we will check the items (items are in original, unused condition) and if approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  If items do not meet our policy, these will be sent back to you.

Please allow a week from receipt of parcel before the refund is completed.

All items returned to us are at your own risk, so we recommend using a recorded postal service.

 

Late Returns

Purchases should be sent back to us within 14 days of your order being received. Returns outside of this period unfortunately will not be refunded.

 

Faulty Returns

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us hello@naibaby.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.  Please provide details of the order including, order number, your name, and a description/ photo of the faulty products and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Exchanges

Unfortunately at this time, we cannot offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item, we can process a refund (see refunds above) for your original item and you can place a new order.
